Política de menores y family plan:
* Cuna sin cargo: para niños menores a 3 años;
* Cama adicional con cargo: Se incorpora únicamente a habitaciones twin y suites. La cama extra se aplica solo hasta menores de 10 años. Pasada dicha edad deberán tomar habitación triple, o dos habitaciones;
* Family Plan: Se aplica para dos adultos y dos menores de 10 años. Son dos habitaciones conectadas.

Cancellation fee
FORMA DE PAGO:
Los prepagos pueden efectuarse en las cuentas bancarias habilitadas al efecto, luego de hacer el depósito se deberá enviar el comprobante por fax, la reserva será tomada como prepagada recién cuando el depósito esté acreditado en la cuenta bancaria del hotel. Los comprobantes de depósito pueden enviarlos a: 0261-4202083.
Los depósitos deben efectuarse a nombre de Sunset Port S.A. Banco Citibank, Sucursal Mendoza 060, Cta Cte: 0-180851-011 y CBU 0167777-1-0000180851011-9.
Se deberá prepagar el total de la reserva 72 hs. antes del ingreso de los huéspedes, caso contrario y de contar con disponibilidad, se dará ingreso cobrando tarifa RACK.
Las cuentas corrientes deben ser canceladas con un máximo de 15 días posteriores a la fecha de facturación.
Reservas con pago en destino; el cliente deberá garantizarla por medio de una tarjeta de crédito.
POLÍTICA DE CANCELACION:
Hasta 24 hrs. previas al ingreso de los pasajeros (exceptuando Vendimia, Pascuas, fin de semana largo de octubre y vacaciones de invierno). A partir de ese momento se cobrará una noche de alojamiento.
Vendimia: paquete obligatorio de tres noches (6 al 9 de marzo). Se abona el viernes 8 de febrero la totalidad de la reserva a partir del lunes 11 las reservas no abonadas se darán de baja.
Semana Santa: paquete obligatorio de tres noches (20 al 23 de marzo). Se abona el viernes 29 de febrero la totalidad de la reserva a partir del lunes 3 las reservas no abonadas se darán de baja.
Vacaciones de Invierno: Las reservas deben estar abonadas 72hs antes del ingreso de los pasajeros.
Fin de Semana largo de Octubre: paquete obligatorio de tres noches (10 al 13/10).
Las reservas deben estar abonadas en su totalidad 15 días antes del ingreso de los pasajeros.

No show fee
Se cobrará una noche de alojamiento en concepto de no-show.
Una vez abonadas las reservas no habrá reintegro alguno en caso de No Show.
