Child & Family Policy :
- Baby cot : Free of charge for children under 3 yrs of age.
Extra bed : Free of charge and only available for doubles or suites and applicable only for children under 10 yrs of age.
Extra beds for children over 10 yrs of age or adults, reservations will only be accepted if made in triple rooms or 2 double rooms.
Family Plan:
Applicable when 2 adults and 2 children with ages under 10 yrs, 2 communicating rooms will be handed.

Cancellation fee
PAYMENT POLICY:
Pre-payments should be sent by bank transference with copy of the transaction to the hotel, in order for your booking to be confirmed.

Reservation will have to be paid 72hrs prior to arrival date, otherwise hotel reserves the right to charge rack rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Up to 24hrs prior to arrival date (exept in grape harvest period, Easter, long weekends and Winter Holidays). After this period the hotel reserves the right to charge 1 night accomodation fee.
In Grape Harverst Season a minimum of 3 night´s accomodation is mandatory (06 to 09 March) TOTAL AMOUNT OF RESERVATION TO BE PAID WITH THE PROOF THAT BANK TRANSFERENCE WAS MADE.
Easter Season: A minimum of 3 night´s stay is mandatory (20 to 23 March). TOTAL AMOUNT OF RESERVATION TO BE PAID WITH THE PROOF THAT BANK TRANSFERENCE WAS MADE.
Winter Holiday: Reservation will have to be fully paid with 72hrs prior to arrival date WITH THE PROOF THAT BANK TRANSFERENCE WAS MADE.
Long Weekends of October : A minimum of 3 night´s accomodation is mandatory (10 to 13/10). TOTAL AMOUNT OF RESERVATION TO BE PAID WITH THE PROOF THAT BANK TRANSFERENCE WAS MADE.

No show fee
In case of No Show the hotel reserves the right to charge 1 night.
In case deposit was made no refunded will be given.
