Extra beds and cots
-Cot = gratis;
-Double rooms with resort view allow only one cot (for Free).
-Double rooms with seaview, allow one extra bed for a child (max. 12 y.old), which is also free of charge if with bed and breakfast.
The 2nd child pays 50% of the adult extra bed value.
These conditions are only for the Suites with view to the Resort or to the Sea.

Cancellation fee
-Until 48 hours before the arrival - cancellation without any costs.
-After 48 hours, the hotel is entitled to charge the 100% referring to the 1st night.
|
No show fee
In case of No-Show the 1st night will be charged

Obligatory supplements
In the Suite Resorts: Studios, 1 room and 2 rooms, the prices don´t include any meals.
-New Year period
(28 Dec.07 until 4 Jan.08) = minimum of 3 nights.
Gala Dinner (Reveillon); optional = € 240.00 pax.-
-Easter Period(20-March 2008) = minimum of 3 nights
