-Children up to 10 years old= for free, sharing the apartment with 2 adults.

Cancellation fee
-Possible until 48h before the check-in (Low Season) or until 15 days before the check-in (High Season). After these periods, 1 night is debited.

No show fee
NoShow on check-in day without previous written
warning and through hotel acceptance, will be charged an equivalent to 1 night (Low Season). On holiday periods, january, reveillon and carnival the amount for the whole booking will be charged.

Obligatory supplements
Taxes do not include 5% ISS.
PAYMENTS METHODS:
-DEPOSIT OF 1 NIGHT IN ADVANCE AS A BOOKING GUARANTEE AND the remaimining during the check-in proceedings (low season):
-Deposit of 50% of the total value as a guarantee of reservation, and the rest during the checl-in (High Season);
The paid sums and not used will be reverted into credit for a future lodging.
