Extra beds and cots
Cot = free for children until 2 years old.
Extra bed = between 2 & 5 at no extra cost.
Extra bed = Between 6 & 12 years old at extra cost

Cancellation fee
Cancellations until 7 days prior to check in, a credit note will be given for full amount of stay to be used in the future, valid for one year.
Within 7 days, 50% will be charged and the remaining 50% will be given as a credit note, the same conditions as above.
In case of special packages (christmas, new year, carnival)the time limit for cancellations without charges will be 15 days prior to arrival date, and other conditions stay unaltered.
No-Show: Will be charged the value of the whole package.
